Week #1

You have 4 exercises to complete daily this week.
Week #2
Learn all about my secret ingredient -pressure management and how simple changes can stop your leakage with activities. You have new exercises this week.
Week #3
Learn how to connect your Pelvic Floor with your lower abdominals to take pressure off your pelvic floor and hault leakage. (Bonus- it may also help your lower belly pooch!!). You have new exercises this week.
Week #4
You might be putting unnecessary pressure on your pelvic floor with everyday activities like laughing, coughing, and sneezing. I'll show you how to remove the unnecessary pressure and stop leaking pee!
Week #5
This week we add gravity to our exercises, and I'm going to give you one simple thing to do every time you leak- to ensure it stops
Week #6
This week we are going to add movement to our pelvic floor exercises. We usually don't leak when we are still, so why strengthening it that way?
Weeks 7-12
We continue with weekly exercises routines and more topics like
